METAL ROOF RESTORATION
MR restorations allow you to avoid a costly tear-off of your existing metal roof, while extending the life by 10 or 20 years. Restorations are typically done with acrylic coatings. We use a proprietary Kevlar by-product fabric system, which we embed in the base coat, on all of the seams, side laps and end laps.
We also secure and seal all fasteners with a special sealant, and then coat the entire roof with a white, elastomeric top coat.
